There is a CS GO Steam release, the game is exclusive to Steam. The minimum requirements are very low, if you just want to jump in and play, pretty much any modern PC or laptop will have no problem running the game. In terms of CS GO size, you'll want at least 15GB storage space free. The CS GO PC requirements state you only need 2 GB of RAM, but we would recommend 8, especially if you have background applications such as Discord open.
Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT graphics card you can play the game, but we recommend having a GPU similar to an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050. An Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 CPU is required at a minimum to play Counter Strike Global Offensive, but we'd recommend an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G or better. The CS GO system requirements given by valve only include the minimum requirements for CS GO, however here we recommend the specs you'll want to run the game at 1080p at 60fps or 144Hz.
