Over the years Medal of Honor has fallen out of the spotlight and has sat, covered in dust, on EA’s shelf for over eight years now following the lackluster launch of 2012’s Medal of Honor: Warfighter.
But even beyond that, it’s a franchise that is often at war with itself. Most notably, World War II, dating all the way back to the first game taking heavy inspiration from Saving Private Ryan before debuting on the original PlayStation. Medal of Honor has always been about war, obviously.
